OHi just passed final inspection with the clients and they are very happy with our work. We replaced the entire siding on the rear of the house. We had to go with Louisiana Pacific Smartside siding instead of T1-11 to match the requirements for the Reston Association.

OHI is starting a full roof replacement. We are doing a complete shingle tear-off, and replacing all existing plywood with new ones. We are also removing the existing attic insulation during the tear-off, and then tomorrow we’ll be back again to install new blown-in insulation in the attic. We are always there to make sure our customers get the best diagnosis as well as the best solution to keep their homes beautiful and safe.
