The Orion Home Improvements LLC Team
Jeremiah—or as his friends know him, Jay—has been in the home improvement industry since leaving active duty service with the Marine Corps in 2004. His career started as a salesman for a large and established roofing company serving the VA/DC/MD market. He founded Orion H.I. with a vision of honorable customer service in 2007 and because of his commitment to always "do right by people" he was able to grow the company, attract new customers and create job opportunities during the great recession when other companies were struggling and reducing their workforce. Jay leads by example and strives to build a culture on the core values of Honor, Integrity and Teamwork to ensure that the employees and vendors deliver the best experience possible to those customers that choose Orion as their contractor.
Jason brings over 20 years of construction knowledge and experience to the Orion team. He is both hardworking and fun to be around and is the type of guy you just enjoy talking to. He is CQMC certified with USACE and NAVFAC and has supervised federal roofing projects across the nation. His ability to build relationships, solve problems and find workable solutions to difficult construction challenges makes him an indispensable member of the team and a champion for our customers. Jason enjoys fishing with his two sons and loves Johnnie Walker Black and coconut water and according to him it is best enjoyed "In a fresh coconut poolside in the sun."
Rachel runs the day-to-day operations at Orion, ranging from accounting to general office management. She has been with the company since 2015, and started with Orion as her first job since graduating university. She may not bring as much tool belt experience to the team, but she makes up for it in a whole-hearted belief in Orion's customer focused values and system-driven success. When she's not busy at her desk managing the inner workings of the company, she's outside running around doing live action role-play and foam sword fighting with Amtgard, a non-profit LARP organization, or she's at home crocheting and stitching up a storm.
Brian joined the U.S. Navy right out of high school. After serving 4 years, Brian left the Navy and began his 20+ year career as a sales and service professional. Brian is an outstanding father who is involved with his children as a coach for their sports teams and a supportive role with both the Boy and Girl Scouts. An absolute sucker for pets, he has chosen to foster animals and keep them out of shelters until a permanent home can be found. He is also known as an avid supporter of the Susan G. Komen foundation. Since joining the Orion team in 2013, Brian has sold and managed over 1000 construction projects garnering the highest praise for his commitment to customer satisfaction and industry knowledge.
I run the back end of the production department. My goal is to make sure that our customers are well informed and satisfied through the duration of their project. My contribution to your project is coordinating our suppliers and product material deliveries, installation schedules, and all the little moving parts that ensure your construction project goes a smoothly as possible. When I'm not here at Orion I typically like to game on my PC and spend time with my family and my loving pup Theo.
Angelica is the first voice every person calling Orion hears. She manages a majority of the inbound and outbound customer contact for our team, scheduling site visits and following up with previous customers. Orion's social media presence is also something she's working on, helping post pictures and show the world what we do best. She has a degree in business administration, is from Hawaii, and lives with her puppy Leo.
